Professor Byung-Yeon
Hwang

Byung-Yeon Hwang is the professor of school of Computer Science &
Information Engineering in The Catholic
University of Korea. He received the B.S. degree in computer engineering
from Seoul National University, and the M.S.
and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from
Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 1989, 1994
respectively. His research interests include Database Systems, Geographic
Information Systems, Data Mining, XML Database, and Electronic Commerce.
